Corporate FAQ
How far in advance should we book?
Happy hours, client nights and team outings: at least 3 to 4 weeks ahead. Groups over 100, venue buyouts and formals: 6 to 8 weeks. All holidays, including corporate holiday parties, Halloween, New Year’s Eve and St. Patrick’s Day, require at least 12 weeks notice.
What group sizes can you host?
From a 10-person happy hour up to 800 guests. The maximum is set by each venue, so we match your headcount to a room that fits and it never feels empty or packed.
How do budget and invoicing work?
Give us a per-head price or a total budget, whichever is easier, and we build the night around it: open bar, drink tickets or a tab with a cap. We can invoice your company directly.
Do you plan fraternity and sorority formals?
Yes. Formals include a 3-hour venue buyout, a DJ, and a District Nights host on site to run check-in and keep the night on schedule. Send us your chapter size and preferred dates at least 6 to 8 weeks ahead and we will come back with venue options.
Can guests under 21 attend?
Our public events are 21+ with a valid ID. Corporate events, intern events and fraternity or sorority events can accommodate guests under 21: we choose venues and formats that work for everyone and check IDs at the door.
Where are your venues?
Across Washington, DC (Downtown, Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan) and Arlington, Virginia (Clarendon). Every partnered venue can host private and corporate events.
Do you only do nightlife?
Nights are our specialty, but we also plan daytime and after-work events: rooftop mixers, game-day watch parties, welcome events and more.
